If you possess strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously, we want to meet you!Coordinate the dispatch of technicians (subcontractors) and order equipment when applicable to ensure timely service case resolutionKeep customers updated throughout the case management process via telephone and emailMaintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractorsPrepare quotes for out of warranty service replacementsCreate, review, and approve subcontractor Work Orders and Purchase Orders, and verify corresponding invoicesOver 2 years of professional experience in a similar roleWritten and spoken proficiency in both French and EnglishProven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated proactivity and determination in completing tasksFamiliarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuiteLife at StingrayA cool office in Montreal with the flexibility to work from home on FridaysStingray café with breakfasts,
