This role is to recruit for an existing vacancy.The position will be on an 7/7 (12 - hour day) roster and will be based residentially in Red Lake, Ontario.We offer a competitive salary, bonus structure and future growth. The compensation range for this role is $90,535 to $122,489 CAD.Key result areas in this role include:Perform duties of Remote Scoop Operator on surface for all mining complexes at RLO and perform other duties underground as assigned by your supervisor within your qualificationsSpecific duties may include: conducting pre-start inspection of scoop and work environment; inspecting work area & identifying hazards; scaling and washing down work areas; mucking of production and development areas; operating manual and remote scoops; maintain roadways, conduct heading clean ups, assist with installation of services including ventilation, record data, perform towing and recovery, and monitoring the control panel of the scoop to identify and correct malfunctions and service requirementsTrain and successfully demonstrate ability to operate and obtain required Ontario Common Core ModulesConsistently work in a protected and conscientious manner and comply with all safety proceduresWear all required personal protective equipmentObserve experienced workers to gain and increase knowledge of methods, procedures, and performance standardsReport any unsafe conditions to your supervisorWork in a healthy work environment with full support,
