celebrate and enjoy the moments that bring us together.Role Accountabilities:The duties listed below are within the scope of the Pharmacy Assistant L1Ensure precise record-keeping and prescription information from nursing staff is filled via dispensary softwarePrepare and label medication for compliance pack aging an d maintain workflow for receiving and processing prescriptions within timelines.Processing refills in KrollPackaging medications (i.E., blister packs, vials, strips)Synchronizing data with the PacMed machineCompleting corrections of medication rolls through PacVisionAssist with pharmacy inventory management and po tentiall y operate automated dispensing machine ( PacMed ) for processing and filling prescriptionsManage returns and expired products from nursing homes, including unpacking, sorting and disposa l of m edicationsPreparing creams and liquidsG enerate daily and weekly production reportsMaintain stock levels, r estocking shelves and reorder medicationsP repar e both manual and automated compliance packaging.Ensuring accurate documentation, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to ethical standards, and contributing to a clean pharmacy environmentDay-to-day maintenance of our pharmacy operations both independently and in cooperation with teammatesOther duties will be assigned as required within the Pharmacy Assistant scope of responsibilities.ShippingOrganizing and coordinating deliveries to shippingReconciling shipping medications with shipping reports and delivery totesPackaging items to shipCoordinating with drivers and facilitiesWhat You Will Bring to The Team:Experience as a Pharmacy Assistan t or certif ication from an accredited Pharmacy Assistant program is preferred,



but not required - training will be provided for the positionExperience with KROLL and/or Pacmed an assetBasic working knowledge of pharmacy inventory processesVisual acuity, num er acy, detail oriented, manual dexterity required for appropriate handling of strip packs, prescription bottles and labelsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedPhysical Demands:This position requires prolonged standing and walking, repetitive hand movements, manual dexterity, visual attention to detail, and the ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry pharmacy supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
