This role supports Banking recruitment operations and plays a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent that supports the Company's purpose of "Making Life in Canada Better." The role requires being onsite 4 days per week.ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of corporate job requisitions, handling multiple positions simultaneously in a high-volume environmentOversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: pipelining top talent, sourcing passive and active prospects, screening applicants, presenting candidates to hiring managers, coordinating and conducting interviews, advising on candidate selection, extending and negotiating offers, and managing administrative tasksDevelop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and subject‐matter expertsSet expectations clearly and develop strong recruitment strategies and talent recommendationsEfficiently manage the recruitment process using Workday ATS to ensure accurate recruitment metricsUtilize recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Database,



and others to drive activities and strategiesParticipate in and support special projects in collaboration with HR Ops, Workday Architecture, and other stakeholdersRequirements2–4+ years of corporate high‐volume recruitment experience, including Banking recruitment experience; agency experience considered a solid assetDemonstrated ability to manage a high‐volume desk with multiple job requisitions simultaneously at various recruitment stagesProven experience in full‐cycle recruitment and building excellent relationships with stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to act as a brand ambassadorExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems/HRIS systems and various recruitment sourcing tools; Workday experience a strong assetCompensation: $27.00–$36.00/hr typical hiring range; broadband up to $45.00/hr.
