We are hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to join the team at Student Health Pharmacy in Waterloo. This position pays $18.00 per hour with 2 years relevant experience and requires 25–30 hours per week. Responsibilities

- Process prescriptions accurately using the Kroll pharmacy management system
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and managing inventory
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Provide friendly, professional service to patients and respond to inquiries
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient record
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timelines

Qualifications




- Previous cash register or point-of-sale experience is required
- Proficiency with Kroll Software is required
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear verbal communication and demonstrated customer service experience
- Ability to work reliably in a busy environment with minimal supervision
- Mandarin language skills are considered an asset
