We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private music instruction, with experience working with children to adult. This role involves creating engaging learning experiences that foster growth and development in a supportive workplace. The Instructor will be responsible for educating learners through various levels associated with the direction of study chosen.

Duties

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Create a stimulating session approach geared to individual needs.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians regarding the students progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Skills





- Strong knowledge of teaching principles and practices for all ages.
- Experience in or teaching students of all ages in a private setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging educational content that captivates the student.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students.
