Who we’re looking for:

A reliable, hard-working, and enthusiastic Production Assistant for our Pilot Plant in Coquitlam, BC to join our growing team. Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, this role will assist in overseeing and assessing existing processes and workflows.

Your responsibilities:

As a member of the Operations Team, your primary responsibilities include:

- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the pilot plant facility and work areas.
- Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and waste management tasks across equipment and production zones.
- Assist engineers with setting up, operating, and tearing down pilot production equipment and trials.
- Support process engineers by preparing raw materials, samples, and staging required supplies.
- Follow facility safety protocols, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and report plant equipment status, maintenance needs, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory tracking of consumables, cleaning agents, and process materials.





You’ll be a great match if you have these skills & experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a plant, warehouse, or laboratory environment is an asset.
- Ability to perform physical labor, lift equipment/materials, and maintain a clean work space.
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- You show initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- You have excellent documentation and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail
- You can successfully juggle multiple tasks and have outstanding time management skills
- You are accountable, reliable, punctual, and resilient, with an unwavering work ethic
- You are eager to solve problems both big and small

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
