Join our dynamic culinary team as a Pizza Cook and bring delicious, hand stretched pizzas to life! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Neapolitan style pizzas, prepping and keeping the pizza station stocked and managing the wood fire oven that reaches up to 900F. Your passion for food preparation and food service will shine as you work in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive on teamwork, food safety, and creating memorable dining experiences. Past experience with high hydration Neapolitan style pizza dough preferred.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
- Stretch and cook pizzas using wood fired oven, ensuring proper temperature and cooking times for optimal results
- Maintaining oven temperature throughout the night.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food handling areas and cooking equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing vegetables, portioning ingredients, and restocking supplies
- Chop wood for fueling wood fired oven.



As well as keeping woodshed organized.
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation during busy hours

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations.
- Experience working with Neapolitan pizza. Specifically high hydration.
- Experience working with wood fired oven.
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards related to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Basic serving experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in kitchen work
