Duties

- Prepare fresh pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients following established recipes and standards
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens while ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Assist customers at the counter or drive-thru with orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry, payment processing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction




- Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawers at shift end

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably within a restaurant or pizza shop
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, measuring ingredients, and calculating orders or totals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with upselling menu items to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
