The successful candidate will independently manage plaintiff-side files, monitor deadlines, and assist counsel throughout discovery, mediations, pre-trials and trial preparation.

Requirements include a minimum of two years of plaintiff-side personal injury tort experience, solid knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure, and proficiency with PCLaw and MS
