The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Existing federal government security clearance is a major advantage!
Federal government project experience is highly desirable
Ideally has experience across both ground-up and interior ICI construction
Experience independently managing projects valued around $10M or more
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Robust experience managing commercial and institutional interior fit-out projects
Robust background in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, client communication, change management, and project delivery
Must be based in, or able to work within, the Ottawa market

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Robust business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
