Pharmacy Assistant – Kroll Experience Required

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Position Type: Full time / Part time

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. Candidates must have hands-on experience using the Kroll Pharmacy Software System and be comfortable working in a busy community pharmacy workplace.

Responsibilities
Process prescriptions using Kroll pharmacy software
Enter patient and prescription information accurately
Prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
Assist with prescription billing and third-party insurance claims
Handle refill requests and prescription inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records
Assist with inventory management and ordering
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient pharmacy environment

Qualifications
Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience required
Kroll experience required
Knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
Experience with third-party insurance billing is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
