Health is looking for a dedicated Cardiologist with cardiac device implant specialty training to forge a current Heart Health Division within their cardiology department at NRGH. This full time role promises a collaborative workplace working with experienced cardiac internists and intensivists.

Responsibilities encompass both clinical oversight and active engagements in on-call cardiology coverage, thus ensuring comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Implant cardiac devices and oversee patient management
Provide support for cardiology wards and coronary care unit
Assist and mentor learners,



engaging with the University of British Columbia
Participate in clinical operations at the local Pacemaker Clinic
Be on call exclusively for Cardiology coverage Requirements:
Certification in Cardiology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada
Competency in all cardiology areas essential
Experience in device management preferred
Enthusiasm for teaching within a medical education context
