Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented people to train as a flexographic Printing Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials efficiently and accurately. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will ensure smooth production workflows.

Duties
Set up and operate various printing presses, ensuring proper calibration and alignment for optimal print quality.
Monitor press operations throughout the production run, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity
Manage the loading of raw materials such as films, inks, and other supplies, utilizing warehouse experience when necessary
Inspect printed products for quality standards, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies




Maintain accurate production records, including logs of machine operation, maintenance activities, and quality checks
Assist with packaging finished products securely for shipment.

Experience
Prior experience operating printing presses in a manufacturing or commercial printing setting is preferred but not necessary.
Experience with packaging processes in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
Some mechanicial knowledge beneficial, but not necessary.
Previous work in manufacturing environments that require attention to detail, safety compliance, and teamwork
