Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with medical orders and pharmacy protocols
Provide expert advice to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to review prescriptions and optimize treatment plans
Ensure proper medication storage, labeling, and inventory management to maintain safety standards
Administer medications when required, including injections or other forms of medical treatment
Educate patients on health conditions and medication adherence strategies to promote wellness




Maintain detailed records of prescriptions dispensed, patient interactions, and medication histories

Experience
Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital or acute care setting
Strong background in pediatric medication management and patient care for diverse age groups
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice and clinical documentation
Experience with medication administration procedures within a healthcare environment
Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and patient education
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and attention to detail
