As a Project Coordinator you will report directly to the General Manager & assist in all aspects of Project Management & Estimating.

Responsibilities:
Drafting of Project Schedules, Change Orders, RFI, Shop Drawings, & RFQs
Tracking and Filing COs, RFI, SI, Shop Drawings, Updated Plans & Specifications
Tracking & Placing Material Orders
Review & Follow up on Purchase Orders
Coordinating incoming Change orders with Site staff, Sub Trades, & Suppliers
Provide Information to site staff
Drafting of Maintenance Manuals & Close out Documentation
Sending RFQ to Suppliers and sub trades

Qualifications:




A Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical or construction industry is preferred
Background in Mechanical engineering is preferred
Completion of Post Secondary
Hands on trade experience is considered an asset
Well organized with ability to multitask
Good problem solving skills
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, & Word.
Proficient English oral and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
