Scarborough Eye Care (Office of Dr. Angela Yoon) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Optometric Assistant to join our supportive, team-based clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Perform pre-testing procedures, including: patient history-taking, auto-refraction, tonometry, lensometry, retinal photos, and visual fields
Assist patients with frame selection and eyewear decisions
Provide patients with education on proper contact lens insertion, removal, wear, and care
Support optical ordering and inventory management
Maintain accurate data entry and patient records
Help ensure efficient clinic flow and a positive patient experience

Qualifications




Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills
Quick learner with the ability to follow clinical protocols
Friendly, skilled, and enjoys working with people
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Comfortable with computers and data entry
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Schedule
4 days/week (Monday to Thursday)
Approximately 30–32 hours per week
