We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring a positive experience at our Care Center.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with any inquiries.
Help patients complete necessary forms accurately and efficiently.
Verify insurance information and collect copays or past due balances.
Reach out to patients to schedule physicals and follow-up appointments.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the Care Center to the public.

Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
