As a Program Resource Worker, you'll report to the Site Manager and be directly involved with our guests, assisting with their daily needs and connecting them to necessary resources. This role includes medication management, participation in recreational activities, and comprehensive documentation of guest services. You’ll play a vital role in fostering an inviting and protected community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:



• Assist guests in accessing various community resources • Engage clients in recreational and social activities • Provide medication reminders and administer under policy • Support guests with daily living activities and personal care • Keep accurate and organized records of guest interactions

Requirements: • Related certificate or Grade 12 with relevant experience • Knowledge of addiction and mental health support resources • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification • Skills in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care are valued • Clean criminal record required for vulnerable sector clearance
