The Mechanical Reliability Engineer works collaboratively with plant production, maintenance, engineering team and quality assurance to continuously improve equipment and plant performance.The Mechanical Reliability Engineer is responsible for equipment reliability, equipment modifications, and installation of new equipment. They will spearhead and manage improvement of the plant maintenance program, machine reliability. The engineer will also lead root cause analysis, provide guidance to operators on equipment operation and maintenance procedures and develop new procedures and practices to support the overall TPM program. Most of the work occurs during regular weekday office hours. However, as an international company with frequent interaction with head office, hours of work involved may vary to accommodate differences in time zones.
