This is a client-facing environment where quality, cleanliness, and accountability matter.Residential framing, formwork, and structural carpentryHigh-end finish carpentry and architectural detailingReading and interpreting construction drawings and detailsCoordinating with site supervision, consultants, and tradesMaintaining clean, safe, and professional job sitesFollowing company quality standards, schedules, and safety proceduresClear, professional communication with team members and leadershipSenior and Lead Carpenters may also:Mentor apprentices and junior carpentersAssist with sequencing, planning,
