We are searching for an Account Service Representative to join our dynamic Life Benefit Solutions team of high-achieving professionals dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a fixed 12 month term, full-time, hybrid position based in Winnipeg, MB, with some flexibility for remote work.The Account Service Representative will play a key role in managing and supporting a portfolio of Group Insurance & Retirement (Pension) clients.The Account Service Representative will:Manage an assigned block of clients, delivering consistent and proactive serviceHost employee meetings and training sessions for plan administrators (in-person and virtual)Educate plan members and administrators about their group insurance and retirement benefitsRespond to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings with professionalism and careAct as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal teamsBuild strong, trusting relationships with new and existing clientsCollect and processing documentation accurately and on timeIdentify and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of serviceEnsure service standards are met and tracked regularlyTravel to client sites, including multi-day overnight trips on a regular basis (driver's license and reliable, late-model vehicle required)Support additional tasks and projects as neededTo be Successful as an Account Service Representative with Life Benefit Solutions, you will need:Experience in group insurance, pension/retirement, or a related field (preferred,

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.E. annual bonus, commission etc.).
