and monthly reportingEnsure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirementsBuild relationships with dealers, field staff, and internal teamsServe as a system super-user for inventory and logistics platformsParts Support Specialist QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field3–5 years of experience in automotive parts; dealership or OEMexperience preferred1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operationsSAP knowledge, preferably MM or WM modulesProficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills requiredExperience with WMS/ERP platforms; EWM familiarity considered an assetPMP certification or project management training considered an assetBilingual in English and French preferredStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actionSelf-starter with proven stakeholder management abilitiesMust possess a valid Class G driver’s license and own reliable transportationMust be available to start as soon as possibleEmployment DetailsJob Type: 1-year contract with the possibility of extensionSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hybrid)Location: Toronto, OntarioIndependent contractors are highly encouraged to apply for this role.Interested in Parts Support Specialist role in Toronto, Ontario?Apply now!
