We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Pharmacy Manager (Designated Manager) to take ownership of our dispensary, shape clinical programs, and guide our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the Designated Manager under Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations, ensuring full compliance with provincial and federal standards, ethics, and record-keeping requirements.
Oversee dispensary operations, workflow efficiency, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
Spearhead and expand clinical services, including minor ailment assessments, injections, and comprehensive medication reviews.




Mentor and lead dispensary staff (technicians, assistants, students), fostering a collaborative, patient-focused team culture.
Collaborate directly with local physicians, family health teams, and community healthcare providers.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
