Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly, understanding their needs and guiding them through eyewear options and accessories
Assist with optical measurements, including fitting frames and adjusting lenses for optimal comfort and performance
Support the optical team with basic eye tests and preliminary assessments using specialized equipment
Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, sales transactions, and laboratory orders
Provide excellent retail sales support by promoting eyewear collections, lens options, and accessories to meet customer preferences
Ensure the cleanliness, organization,



and proper maintenance of optical displays and testing areas
Collaborate with optometrists and lab technicians to facilitate productive processing of eyewear orders and repairs

Experience
Prior experience in optical retail or laboratory environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology related to eye health enhances communication with healthcare professionals
Laboratory experience with lens cutting, edging, or similar processes is a strong plus
Proven success in retail sales or customer service roles demonstrates your ability to engage clients effectively
Familiarity with optical software systems such as Epic or similar platforms is advantageous
Background in retail management or supervisory roles can provide additional leadership skills for career growth
