We’re currently seeking a highly experienced handyman with a strong, well-rounded maintenance background to support our field operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on field position for a all-around handyman. You’ll be working across multiple job sites throughout the day, handling a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands all core handyman fundamentals — someone who can look at almost any issue, identify what’s wrong, and either complete the repair properly or recommend the correct solution when it falls outside their scope.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and repairs across multiple locations
Diagnose and repair door-related issues, including:
Automatic door operators
Closers, hinges, panic hardware, strikes, and alignment
Perform lock and hardware work (locksmithing experience is a robust asset)
Drywall patching and painting
General maintenance of building common areas (non-unit work)
Basic troubleshooting of electrical,



mechanical, and building systems
Identify problems on-site and recommend appropriate solutions
Communicate job details, issues, and material needs clearly
Maintain professional workmanship and job-site cleanliness

Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on handyman or building maintenance experience
Strong understanding of general handyman fundamentals
Solid experience with door repairs and hardware
Locksmithing experience is an asset
Electrical, mechanical, or other trade experience is an asset
Able to work independently and make sound judgment calls
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
