Kitchen Staff / Line Cook – Seasonal & Part-Time Opportunities

We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Staff / Line Cooks to join our team for the upcoming Christmas holiday season.

This is a great chance for someone who has commercial kitchen experience, works efficiently, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, and presentation
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
Communicate and cooperate effectively with the kitchen team
Work comfortably in an open-kitchen workplace
Assist with kitchen opening, closing, cleaning, and other operational duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience
Strong understanding of kitchen organization and food safety
Efficient and able to work with a “work smart” mindset




Tidy, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong awareness of sanitation and cleanliness standards
Comfortable working in an open kitchen and fast-paced environment
Proactive learner with a positive attitude
Reliable, responsible, and able to work well as part of a team
Able to remember instructions, priorities, and daily operational details effectively
Motivated to learn, improve, and grow within the restaurant industry
