You will play a critical role in month-end and year-end closings while managing job costing and cash flow. Collaborating with project teams, you'll ensure robust internal controls and mentoring within the accounting department. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all month-end and year-end closing activities
Manage job costing, WIP, and project margins
Supervise AP/AR, cash flow forecasting, and collections
Ensure compliance with relevant financial standards
Collaborate with project managers on budgets and forecasting Requirements:
CPA preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience in construction/project accounting is essential
Deep understanding of cost codes and holdbacks
Advanced Excel skills are necessary
