Responsibilities

Support the team by supervising junior kitchen staff and coordinating tasks efficiently
Manage food inventory, stock levels, and proper storage to minimize waste
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Uphold cleanliness standards through regular sanitation of kitchen equipment and workspaces

Requirements




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry
Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a kitchen environment
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and management
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable; bartending or serving experience is a plus
