Oversee full-cycle recruitment for staffing needs

Conduct research on HR-related topics
Implement compliance measures in recruitment processes Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience
At least three years managing unionized recruitment
Robust project management and organizational skills
High proficiency with MS Office and HRIS tools
