Duties
Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that align with students’ individual learning needs and curriculum standards
Deliver explicit, engaging instruction in various math topics, including algebra, geometry, calculus, and more
Assess students’ understanding through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support progress
Foster a positive learning setting that encourages questions, curiosity, and active participation
Utilize computer skills to incorporate educational technology and digital resources into lessons
Support students with special education needs by adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles




Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and session outcomes to track improvement over time

Qualifications
Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly preferred
Solid knowledge of math concepts across multiple grade levels and advanced topics such as computer science is desirable
Proven tutoring or teaching experience with diverse student populations
Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
Familiarity with classroom management techniques and educational software tools
Background in special education or experience adapting lessons for learners with unique needs is a plus
Basic computer skills for creating instructional materials and utilizing online learning platforms
