Materials Handler / Forklift Operator (with Production Duties)

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time | 4 days per week | 10-hour shifts

Day Shift: 6:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role

Bullseye Packaging is a rapid-paced packaging and assembly company looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to join us as Materials Handlers / Forklift Operators.

Your primary focus will be operating a forklift to move materials and finished goods. You will also be expected to work on the production/assembly line as needed — production duties can make up to 50% of your shifts. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to keep up in a busy warehouse and production environment.

Key Duties
Load and unload trailers
Move materials and product to/from the production line by forklift
Work on the production/assembly line when required
Maintain safety, quality,



and production standards

Requirements
Current forklift certification (Class 1: Electric Motor Rider Truck)
1+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse workplace preferred
Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs comfortably
Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
CSA-approved safety footwear and hi-vis vest/shirt
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (includes cannabis)
