Key Responsibilities:
Manage talent acquisition for faculty and administrative positions
Develop and support employee perks and pension programs
Continuously improve compensation structures and practices
Evaluate recruitment processes for maximum efficiency
Engage in strategic workforce planning initiatives Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant HR experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
Active CHRP or CHRL certification required
Expertise in compliance with Ontario HR legislation
