Responsibilities
Maintain impeccable cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision to support chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure food handling procedures meet safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting stations for service
Help with waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards within the kitchen
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe working setting for everyone




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is highly desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving throughout shifts
