Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a safe working workplace. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to uphold high standards of service and reliability.

Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
Fabricate parts as needed to support equipment repairs.
Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Lead training sessions for junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Skills
Proficient in mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.




Experience in PLC systems will be a plus
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Leadership abilities to supervise projects and mentor junior staff.
Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Competence in using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks.
Ability to fabricate components as necessary for repairs.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
