Aviation Service CoordinatorLocation: In-officeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMCompensation: $45-47kAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Aviation Service Coordinator to support the coordination of aviation service activities, customer service, inside sales, purchasing, and shipping/receiving.This is a hands-on administrative and coordination role suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule service work based on technician availability and customer timelinesProvide customers with accurate lead times and regular order updatesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionallyCoordinate technician assignments and service activitiesPrepare purchase orders, service estimates, shipping documents, and reportsReceive, inspect, pick, and package aviation safety equipmentMaintain accurate inventory and customer informationPrepare required documentation and certifications, including dangerous goods paperworkCoordinate shipments, pickups,
