Brymark Installations Group Inc., a leading industrial contractor in British Columbia and part of the Carlson Construction Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.This role supports the successful execution of construction projects from planning through closeout. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Site Superintendent, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in bridging project management with field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager and Site Superintendent throughout the full project lifecycle - from mobilization to closeoutParticipate in construction strategy meetings, including Path of Construction and estimating reviewsAssist in reviewing and interpreting the baseline construction schedule; contribute to detailed planning and execution strategiesSet up and maintain project documentation in Procore, including drawings, RFIs, submittals,



and correspondenceTrack procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materialsCoordinate and monitor mobilization deliverables such as safety and quality documentationManage and distribute revised drawings, site instructions, and other project communicationsSupport change management by reviewing changes and assessing impacts on cost and scheduleMaintain the daily log, capturing labor, executed scope, issues, and delaysAssist with material ordering and procurement coordinationSupport quality control processes, including documentation, inspections, and submittalsManage daily LEMs and compile supporting documentation for client submissionInput site worker hours into HH2 with correct cost coding for payroll processingTrack field progress and update quantity tracking tools and schedulesDraft change orders and coordinate with the PM for review and client submissionDevelop and submit RFIs and submittals in coordination with the SuperintendentCapture and document lessons learned for continuous improvementEnsure proper archiving of project documentation in Procore and internal drivesSkills, Abilities & AttributesAdaptable: capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adjusting to different situations, and effectively managing multiple work assignments simultaneouslyIndependent & Self-Starter: able to work well with limited supervision and as part of a collaborative teamProactive, results-oriented approach: motivated to achieve and meet daily, weekly, and monthly timelinesExcellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail, highly organized,
