Provide HR coaching to address employment standards
Manage the complete performance management cycle
Collaborate on developing position descriptions
Coordinate compliance training and initiatives
Research HR trends and prepare reports Requirements:
Degree in HR or related field, CPHR preferred
3 to 5 years of HR experience in a non-profit setting
Knowledge of collective agreements and HR operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
