Overview

We are seeking a positive & detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all linens & towels are cleaned efficiently and maintained to the highest standards. Your positive attitude and solid work ethic will contribute to the overall cleanliness and guest satisfaction at our resort.

Duties
Operate laundry machines (washers and dryers) to process linens & towels.
Sort laundry items for optimal results.
Ensure all laundry is cleaned promptly and stored properly for easy access by housekeeping staff.
Maintain cleanliness of laundry areas and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.




Follow proper procedures for handling delicate or special items requiring specific cleaning methods, including stained linens.
Keep records of laundry supplies used & in-time learn to order laundry supplies.
Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate laundry needs for guest rooms and public areas like swimming pools.

Skills
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred
Knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques preferred
Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently
Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude
Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and safety protocols
Training will be provided.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 35.0 per week
