Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements
Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
Promote retail sales of lash care products and other beauty accessories through effective upselling techniques




Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively and addressing client needs promptly
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and positive referrals

Skills
Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with attention to detail and artistry
Solid retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and tactfully
Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and qualified atmosphere
Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
Ability to manage front desk duties including scheduling, check-ins, and payment processing

Pay: $1,600.00-$3,300.00 per week
