Responsibilities
Greet and check-in patients, verifying their information and updating records as necessary
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient and accurate communication
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
Provide administrative support to medical staff, including data entry and correspondence.

Experience -Candidate must be PR or CANADIAN CITIZEN ONLY.

-Candidate must have Medical Office Administrative certification(MOA) from affiliated school.
Previous experience working in a medical office for at least 3 YEARS is mandatory.
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) system -ACCURO is required.
