Duties
Support senior stylists by preparing workstations, sterilizing tools, and assisting during styling services
Greet clients at the front desk, schedule appointments, and manage check-ins to ensure a smooth customer experience
Learn and perform hair styling techniques under supervision
Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering product recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff




Assist with retail sales by promoting hair care products and explaining their benefits to clients
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues and supporting daily operations

Experience
Enthusiasm for the beauty industry with a desire to learn hair styling techniques and customer service skills
Strong communication skills to connect confidently with clients and team members
Previous experience in retail sales or front desk roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Ability to follow sanitation protocols diligently and maintain a clean work workplace
A proactive attitude with eagerness to develop professionally in a creative setting
No prior qualified experience necessary—this role is designed for motivated beginners ready to grow into skilled stylists
