We’re looking for a few driven landscapers or tradespeople who want to step up, build great work, and move toward leadership. This is hands-on landscape construction: installing patios, retaining walls, decks, fences as well as softscape elements.

If you like working hard, improving your skills, and taking on more responsibility, you’ll fit in here.

What you’ll be doing
Building patios, walkways, retaining walls, decks, and fences
Operating equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Reading plans and executing work to spec
Working with a crew to hit production targets
Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Winterwork is primarily includes snow and ice management.

Have robust experience in landscaping or a closely related trade
Take pride in clean, accurate work
Can run equipment confidently
Work well with a crew and keep things moving

Requirements
2 years in landscaping (hardscape softscape) or similar trade
Equipment experience (skid steer, mini excavator, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically capable of full days outdoors
Available year-round, including snow operations
