This position involves understanding complex regulatory and risk detection requirements, translating them into effective technology solutions, and coordinating between business and technical teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance within a leading financial institution.Pay rate range (CAD): $57.34/hr - $68.81/hrResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business users to gather and understand AML transaction monitoring requirementsLiaise with technology and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specificationsLead business acceptance testing (BAT) programs to ensure solutions meet functional requirementsInterpret large datasets, write and execute SQL queries, and validate data integrityUnderstand ETL processes, data mapping, and data lineage for accurate system implementationManage stakeholder communication and coordinate small initiatives across teamsSupport data enablement efforts to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiencyEnsure solutions are testable, sustainable, and compliant with regulatory standardsParticipate in regular meetings (approx. 2 hours daily) with internal and external teamsAssist in change management and operational deployment of AML transaction monitoring toolsDesired Skill-Set5-7 years of experience in business analysis,
