Salary Range: $74,000.00 To $85,000.00 AnnuallyMaterials / Shipping SupervisorLocation: Thorndale, ONSchedule: Monday – Friday - 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM ESTSalary:$74,000 – $85,000Who We AreAlgonquin Bridge Limited is a leader in the design, fabrication, and rental of modular steel bridge systems, supporting critical infrastructure projects across North America.We are seeking a hands-on Materials / Shipping Supervisor to lead yard operations and ensure the safe, efficient flow of materials and rental bridge inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day yard operations, including storage, staging, organization, and material flowSupervise and coordinate yard employees across shipping, receiving, picking, and packing activitiesMaintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolutionCoordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate material flowManage the day-to-day operation of the bridge rental program, including shipping, returns, inspections, and inventory readinessEnsure returned materials are inspected, restocked, or flagged for repairMaintain yard organization, equipment readiness,
