Become a critical part of Lineage as a Maintenance Engineering Technician III, performing essential maintenance tasks Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with on-call requirements. Your expertise will help ensure excellent operational efficiency and safety. As a Maintenance Engineering Technician III, you’ll apply your mechanical and refrigeration experience to various maintenance tasks.

You will be responsible for conducting regular evaluations and logging activities within the computerized maintenance management system. Be prepared to work both independently and as part of a larger team dedicated to ensuring the integrity of our operational systems. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance on cooling and electrical systems
Repair and maintain material handling equipment




Ensure accurate logging of all maintenance tasks in CMMS
Provide support and solutions for after hours as needed
Use motorized lifts for maintenance activities Requirements:
3 years of mechanical experience in relevant fields
Experience with industrial refrigeration systems
Basic skills in reading P&ID; diagrams
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
