Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line/ Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, ensure food safety standards are met, and work the grill delivering high-quality meals to our guests. This role is essential in maintaining efficient kitchen operations and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is required. As indicated your experience will determine rate of pay. Hourly rate will be guaranteed ( consisting of base hourly plus tip)

Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation for various menu items
Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality
Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all food handling areas
Assist with cooking tasks, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes
Support the team during busy hours to ensure timely meal service




Maintain proper storage of ingredients and supplies according to safety guidelines
Ensure all food prep areas are sanitized and organized at all times
Assist with meal assembly and plating as directed by the head chef or kitchen manager

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen required.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work weekends.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
