Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation standards
Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are strictly followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Serve food promptly to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation excellence
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and storage





Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting
Excellent understanding of meal preparation and food service procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices in kitchen operations
Experience with serving guests and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Kitchen experience that demonstrates attention to detail and cleanliness
