We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team at Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled customer service and jewelry recommendations.
Assist customers with product selection and sales.
Develop product knowledge and maintain high service standards.
Support daily store operations and visual merchandising.
Build solid relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Previous retail or jewelry sales experience is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is preferred to better serve our customers.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Strong interest in jewelry and luxury retail.
