Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will support various construction, maintenance, and site preparation activities to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities
Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling to maintain a safe and organized work environment
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as directed by supervisors
Prepare work areas by setting up barriers, signage, and safety equipment in compliance with safety standards
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
Follow safety protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, such as forklifts or power drills




Conduct routine inspections of work sites to identify hazards or issues needing attention

Qualifications
TRUCK OWNERS
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
Solid work ethic with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction or maintenance environments
Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or manual labor is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license is preferred for operating certain equipment or traveling between sites
